Do you deliver? When will my furniture be in? When will my parts be in? Can the repairman come out to my home? How do I check the status of my extended warranty claim? How can I obtain a copy of my sales ticket? Does my furniture have a warranty? Do you deliver? We offer free delivery within an 80 mile radius of Manila. We have delivered to Houston, TX, to Destin, FL and to Flint, MI on our own trucks. Give us a call and we can work up a total package for you. Plus we will haul away any of your old furniture or appliances for no additional fee! When will my furniture be in? Please contact us for any updates concerning your furniture that has been ordered. When will my parts be in? All part orders can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival, a staff member will contact you to schedule a date and time for your furniture to be repaired. Can the repair man come out to my home? Yes, we make house calls! Once your part(s) arrive, (if parts are needed) and an appointment has been scheduled. In most cases it will only take one to two days for the repair(s) to be completed. How can I check the status of my extended warranty claim? You will need to contact the extended warranty company. How can I obtain a copy of my sales ticket? If you have lost or misplaced your sales ticket, you can contact us about replacing it. Does my furniture have a warranty? All of our furniture has at least a one year warranty from the date of purchase. |
